Ladies Retreat
at Gove Hill Retreat Center

Thetford Center, Vermont
Friday evening, October 3 and
all day Saturday, October 4, 2008
Ladies, plan NOW to attend this time of refreshment and fellowship! Past retreats have brought times of special fellowship among our women, ... once again, this is a time you won’t want to miss!
Cost is $82 which includes a snack Friday evening and three meals on Saturday.
You’ll hear testimonies from our own women which is always a blessed time. More info. to follow.

We had an exciting time last year, seeing God protect and answer
prayer on behalf of our college kids.
The time commitment is not huge...but the
blessings are! We
each felt God’s blessings on our kids and ourselves as
we brought them to the Lord throughout the month
whenever we were able.
The first meeting for this year will be the
second Monday, September 10th, because of
Labor Day. Call

MOPS
(Mothers of Preschoolers)
Calvary
MOPS Mission: To
provide a Christ centered ministry for mothers of
preschoolers which encourages the development of
friendships, creativity and personal relationships with
Jesus Christ.
Mops meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 9:00am in the Hospitality Room at church.
MEETINGS INCLUDE: fellowship, refreshments, a speaker covering a topic related to the theme, small group discussions and a craft activity.

With our growing congregation it is sometimes hard to get to know
each other well. To
that end we periodically gather a small group of women
together for either lunch or brunch in someone’s home.

another and the email prayer chain lets us know the
needs and requests of our Body.
Please remember the prayer chain is for urgent
or emergency requests.

with your Sunday School class, small group, a Bible
Study or Prayer Meeting
